Job Description
Insight Global is hiring for Electrical Installers for one of our industrial manufacturing clients in Lakeville, MN. These positions are open to support a large incoming order of 168 ovens the team is ramping up to fulfill. Installers will be placed on either the lab line or the main line (main line is the one ramping up for the large incoming order). The role centers on electrical blueprint and schematic reading, panel wiring, and interconnects between the panel and the oven itself (which control oven operation). Installers work from work instructions but must be able to read prints independently.

Required Skills & Experience
- Electrical blueprint and schematic reading — basic understanding minimum
- Electrical experience (running and landing wires — panel wiring AND interconnects)
- Hand tool usage — wire strippers, screwdrivers, label makers
- Power tool usage
- Able to complete the onsite panel test
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Mechanical print reading (electrical is required; mechanical is a bonus)
- Panel building / panel assembly experience
- Small electronics experience
- Trade school / pre-apprenticeship background
