Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join the Commercial Transformation Team and support the replacement of a commercial lending platform for one of our large financial clients. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, create user stories, and ensure alignment with business goals and lending processes. You will play a key role in technical configuration and integration efforts, including rapid prototyping and hands-on configuration within the in-house commercial lending platform and third-party tools. Additional responsibilities include supporting integration activities, configuring forms, and leveraging tools such as Power BI for reporting and data visualization. Success in this position requires strong communication and coordination across teams, adaptability to evolving project needs, and the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment (onsite Tuesday–Thursday in Lake Elmo, MN).

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree
-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
-Experience with configuration and integration; technical aptitude
-Banking or financial services experience.
-Previous experience on integration projects involving requirement gathering.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
-Exposure to loan origination or lending software.
-Familiarity with scripting and reporting tools (Power BI).
-Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities.
