Job Description
In this role, you will serve as an evaluator, observing and assessing journeyman linemen as they perform simulated distribution electrical work in a controlled training environment. Evaluations will determine whether participants demonstrate the skills, knowledge, and safe work practices required to successfully complete the program.
This position offers an opportunity to directly contribute to workforce safety and operational excellence by helping validate the competency of frontline electrical workers.

Required Skills & Experience
• Current or previous Journeyman Lineman (JL) certification/card.
• Extensive experience performing electrical distribution work.
• Strong understanding of utility construction, maintenance, and safe work practices.
• Ability to objectively evaluate the work of others.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Comfortable working in an outdoor training environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Previous experience training, mentoring, or evaluating linemen.
• Familiarity with utility safety compliance programs and proficiency assessments.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices related to electric distribution systems.
