Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a healthcare client by leading multiple data, reporting, and BI initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on managing a portfolio of enterprise‑level projects, including reporting enhancements, system integrations, data foundation initiatives, and occasional acquisition‑related work.
The Senior Project Manager will work cross‑functionally with Finance, HR, IT, Data, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with clear business outcomes. This role requires a seasoned project manager with strong enterprise experience, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. This is a full‑time role working EST hours and is starting ASAP.
Compensation: $110,000–$120,000 annually with full benefits, PTO, holiday PTO, and 401k match.

Required Skills & Experience
-7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally supporting enterprise‑level initiatives
-Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects (3–5+), particularly within data, BI, reporting, or systems integration domains
-Strong background managing reporting projects, data migrations, data integrations, and foundational data initiatives
-Experience working cross‑functionally with Finance, HR, IT, and business stakeholders
-Ability to lead project teams of 5–10+ contributors, with heavy stakeholder interaction and executive visibility
-Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk across complex initiatives
-Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear project status, reporting, and escalation
-Experience driving projects through full lifecycle delivery in large, structured enterprise environments
-Comfortable managing projects that may include acquisitions or organizational change
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience within the healthcare or insurance industry
-Background managing data, analytics, BI, or reporting programs rather than purely application development
-Exposure to post‑acquisition integrations, data consolidation, or enterprise reporting rollouts
PMP, PgMP, or other project management certification
-Experience working in organizations with established governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements
