Operations Analyst (within the Sales Operations team).
Primary Responsibilities:
Intake and clean up of complaint reports.
Identify and verify member and agent information.
Gather missing data and prepare complete records for downstream teams.
Team Function: Complaint management related to sales agents.
The team receives complaints (often incomplete), identifies and verifies member and agent information, and prepares a complete case file for downstream decision-making.
Systems used include the client's enrollment and contracting systems to validate member and agent data.
Team Size: 10 total (9 direct reports + 1 rotational employee).
Preferred Hours: Ideally within 8 AM 4 PM Central Time core hours, with flexibility. Team members are spread across time zones (e.g., Florida, Arizona), so overlap during core hours is important for collaboration and training.
Contract Duration: Through end of the year, with potential for extension based on precedent.
