We are seeking a Community and State (C&S) Claims Capability/Product Manager to work with Government Operations Claims Business Partners in developing requirement capabilities for moderate to complex claims-impacted initiatives. This role involves defining business needs, collaborating with strategic domain capability managers, Architecture Teams, and IT Support to determine Solution Intent, and managing a capability across its lifecycle using a prioritization framework. The Claims Capability Manager will establish lasting relationships with relevant business teams for strategic alignment, manage capabilities related to cost/benefit, business value, and service, and drive engagement with technology or operations to achieve desired business outcomes. Responsibilities include supporting capability vision, strategy, priority, and roadmap, gathering and documenting business requirements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of capability health, and mitigating risks associated with capability delivery. The role also involves serving as the capability champion, representing, managing, and engaging with business and IT stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

-3+ years of project management/capability management, business analysis, and/or product management experience including prior experience in successfully managing one or more major projects which integrated multiple business areas or systems
-2+ plus years facilitating workgroups
-1+ years working with medical claims within the CSP Facets platform.
-Demonstrated experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required.
-Experience gathering/evaluating requirements and writing/translating business requirements
-Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
-Healthcare experience
-Intermediate or greater level of proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
