We are seeking a Product Owner/Manager to join the Community and State (C&S) team for a cross-functional role that reviews requirements and performance against expectations, coordinating, facilitating, or influencing changes to achieve optimal product performance. This resource will collaborate with internal and external business partners to recommend future directions, respond to inquiries, and ensure alignment with business goals. Responsibilities include documenting and translating business requirements into features and user stories, prioritizing the product backlog, and serving as the 'voice of the customer' throughout agile development. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with a cross-functional team to develop and execute Product Roadmaps and Release Plans, providing explanations and information to Agile teams, stakeholders, and managers, and preparing and presenting information to leadership. The Product Owner also promotes an agile development approach, manages defects and issues, and provides direction to ensure the highest value is delivered.

-2+ years as a Product Manager working in an Agile SDLC environment.
-Experience gathering/evaluating requirements and writing/translating business requirements
-1+ years working with medical claims within the COSMOS platform.
-Experience with the Rally Agile Development Tool

-Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
-Healthcare experience
-Experience in evaluating capabilities and translating the business requirements documented
-Facilitating meetings and presenting documented requirements and complex concepts with clients / customers
-Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
-Experience collaborating with business partners in a matrix organization
-Experience working directly with senior level business stakeholders
-An ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences
