An employer is looking for a highly skilled remote instructional designer to join one of our largest national healthcare clients for a contract opportunity. In this role you'll join a growing team of 4, and work to support their client, NY City Health & Hospitals or State of CO in regards to creating training materials. In order to be successful on this team you must have hands on experience utilizing Rise and Articulate. You also must be able to provide a portfolio as a part of the interview process. This team works on CST or EST time zone in order to accommodate their client, so depending on which client you support you'll need to accommodate this time zone as your working hours. You must be comfortable working within a collaborative enterprise environment, and being available from 8-5 to join meetings and connect with stakeholders.

Creating AAG document
Creating Facilitator Guide

-At least 3 years of experience working as an instructional designer within an enterprise level environment
-Hands on experience using Articulate and Rise
-Link to portfolio or website that can be shared as a part of the interview process
-Ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively with stakeholders and team mates.
-Ability to meet deadlines and adjust work schedule as needed to accommodate client for high visibility projects
-Experience working within a collaborative, enterprise level environment
-Ability to work either EST or CST hours as requested by the client
-Hands on experience using SymTrain
