An employer is looking for a highly skilled remote Instructional Designer to join one of our largest national healthcare clients for a contract opportunity. In this role you'll join a growing team and use Rise and Articulate to create eLearning materials for providers within a call center. You will work with a project manager heading up this engagement, to design and develop eLearning courses, modules, videos and assessments that meet the learning objectives and quality standards. This role will require that you present and collaborate cross functionally with stakeholders and clients.
Responsibilities:
-Write clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation, such as user guides, online help, release notes, FAQs, and tutorials
-Design and develop interactive and multimedia e-learning courses, webinars, videos, and simulations using various authoring tools and platforms
-Apply instructional design principles and methodologies to ensure the learning content is aligned with the learning objectives and outcomes
-Conduct needs analysis, audience analysis, task analysis, and content analysis to identify the learning gaps and requirements
-Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and reviewers to gather feedback and ensure the quality and accuracy of the learning content
-Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and expectations
-Research and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in technical writing and instructional design

-Bachelor's degree in technical writing, instructional design, communication, or relevant experience
-Hands on experience using Rise and Articulate
-Hands on experience working as an instructional designer
-Prior experience working in an enterprise level organization
-Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and clients and being client facing
-Comfortable working standard business hours from 8 am - 5 pm CST
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
-Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple and engaging terms
