We are seeking a Product Owner to join the Community and State (C&S) team to represent the voice of the business by performing research, design, and development, translating complex business requirements into actionable features and user stories for changes to the C&S claims systems. This cross-functional role reviews requirements and performance against expectations, coordinating, facilitating, or influencing changes to achieve optimal product performance. You will collaborate with internal and external business partners to recommend future directions, respond to inquiries, and ensure alignment with business goals. They document and translate business requirements into features and user stories, prioritize the product backlog, and serve as the 'voice of the customer' throughout agile development. Additionally, they provide explanations and information to Agile teams, stakeholders, and managers, prepare and present information to leadership, and promote an agile development approach.

-2+ years of Product Owner experience within in an Agile SDLC environment.
-Experience gathering/evaluating requirements and writing/translating business requirements
-1+ years working with medical claims within the CSP Facet
-Experience with the Rally Agile Development Tool
-Healthcare experience
-Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
