Job Description

We are looking for experienced contract attorneys who can provide immediate support reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and remediating corporate agreements. These resources will work closely with internal stakeholders to help address a backlog of contract work and support ongoing business priorities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Healthcare industry experience
• Experience supporting large enterprise organizations
• Familiarity with technology, professional services, and operational agreements
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Experience with contract remediation, amendment reviews, and contract lifecycle activities
• Background supporting corporate legal departments or procurement organizations
• Ability to manage a high volume of agreements while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Banking or financial services contract experience
• Smart Sheets
