The Senior Demand Analyst is a key contributor to enterprise capacity and resource planning efforts, with a specialized focus on driving demand visibility and process maturity. This role goes beyond tactical execution, requiring a consultative and prescriptive approach to engage stakeholders, establish demand baselines, and help mature existing process. Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of experience in demand management, resource planning, business analysis, or IT portfolio operations.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage resistant or skeptical teams in constructive dialogue.
Demonstrated experience introducing new planning frameworks or baseline measurement models in uncertain or undefined environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize partial data into meaningful recommendations.
Experience translating informal or incomplete information into structured planning artifacts (e.g., demand forecasts, capacity models, etc).
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) or similar PPM tools (e.g., Planview, Clarity).
Experience in a healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or clinical IT setting.
Familiarity with Agile coaching principles and resource portfolio governance, even if not directly in a coaching role.
