Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced and strategic IT Project Manager who will also serve as a Business Analyst, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of complex IT initiatives. This dual-role professional will lead projects across data processing, systems analysis, and software development, while also gathering and analyzing business data to inform decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management and systems coordination.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Expert-level leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Deep understanding of computer hardware, software, and electronic systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• MBA or other advanced degree in business or technology.
• PMI or PMP certification.
• Experience with software development tools and languages (e.g., Visual Basic, Java, SQL).
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and resource allocation strategies.
• Familiarity with strategic planning and organizational development.
