Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Full Stack PHP Developer who will be responsible for creating, enhancing, and maintaining Ecommerce systems. This role involves research, data interpretation, and solution recommendations. The developer handles all business system layers, including database, business logic, UI, integrations, batch jobs, and hosting platform configuration. Key duties include system modifications for business requests and exceptions, collaborating with developers, analysts, subject matter experts, and customers throughout the software development life cycle. Additionally, the role requires off-hours support and outage remediation. The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000.
-Design and build complex changes, extensions, and enhancements according to software standards.
-Review current architecture and prepare recommendations for maintaining the platform.
-Partner with external resources supporting e-commerce sites on directed complex changes.
-Conduct code reviews, ensure QA processes, and perform technical design and unit testing.
-Assure accurate data quality during data migration, conversion, and loading processes.
-Maintain system stability around the clock.
-Collaborate with business analysts to complete design documents.
-Participate in code deployment and optimize the migration process.
-Review and deploy 3rd-party hotfixes and upgrades.
-Recommend and implement process improvements.
-Work closely with ERP, IT operations, and other teams to ensure reliable systems performance

-Experience with Ecommerce Platforms such as Big Commerce and Wordpress
-Experience integrating with third-party service providers, like Algolia, Payment Gateways, Tailwind, Bugsnag, Google Analytics, VWO
-Experience with C#, VB.net
-Strong Experience developing in the Amazon Web Services Environment.
-Experience setting up, administering, and troubleshooting Azure Services
-Strong experience working with integration of external systems such as ERP systems or Ecommerce Platforms
-Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services
-Experience with other source control/version control using Team Foundation Server, Azure DevOps
-Experience working in Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
