Job Description

-Crafts media briefs in partnership with manager

-Evaluates Vendors and engages in negotiations where applicable

-Creates proformas to estimate budget and project results

-Accurately launches campaigns with little direction (involves compiling specs, writes creative brief, reviews creative with senior team member, creative trafficking, accurate analytic tagging & QA capabilities)

-Proficient in campaign optimizations (channel, audience, and creative optimizations, bidding methodologies, objective type, different KPI optimizations, monitoring and maintaining accurate budget)

-Pulls performance reports, analyzing results, and creating insightful campaign recap report

-Weekly performance analysis and trouble shooting of under performance

Required Skills & Experience

-3-5 years of digital marketing experience

-Working experience with 3-4 media channels, mastery of 1-2 media channels (ideally search and social)

-Proficient in ad copy writing for social & paid search

-Proficient in setting up data feeds

-Ecommerce experience

-Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics

-Experience creating reports

-Understanding of A/B testing

-Proficient in developing media strategies and campaign optimization

-Strong Excel skills (ie. Pivot tables and other advanced functions)

-Experience estimating and tracking budget and project results

-Proficient in evaluating vendors & negotiation skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Proficient in reporting platforms: Neustar and DOMO

-Experience working at a digital marketing agency or comparable fast paced environment
