Job Description
-Take loosely defined business and product questions and translate them into clear, testable hypotheses
-Use SQL to explore data, join multiple tables, and uncover insights that support or refute business assumptions
-Support a broad range of digital and web analytics needs across products, platforms, and stakeholders
-Work closely with IT, product owners, and senior analysts to inform digital product and experience decisions
-Operate end-to-end across the analytics workflow: data exploration, analysis, insight development, and communication
-Build practical, repeatable analytical solutions without relying solely on PowerPoint or Excel-based reporting
-Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical partners
-Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and take ownership of multiple initiatives at once

Required Skills & Experience
-Strong working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to join several tables and independently explore data
-Experience as a Digital Analyst, Business Analyst, or Marketing Analyst with a technical and analytical mindset
-Ability to work through ambiguity and structure analysis around open-ended business questions
-Comfort working closely with IT and product teams (this is not a data engineering role)
-Strong communication skills and a collaborative, stakeholder-friendly approach
-Willingness and ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced, evolving environment
-1-3 years of professional experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Agency-side experience or work in smaller, leaner teams where analysts own problems end-to-end
-Exposure to web or digital analytics across multiple tools (specific platforms are less important than core concepts)
-Experience partnering directly with product owners or digital product teams
-Comfort building lightweight processes or analytical approaches where none previously existed
-Curiosity, flexibility, and a strong desire to learn across different business areas
