As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of multiple complex projects and clients, from proposals to final invoices, with increased proficiency and efficiency. You will direct, manage, and mentor staff in both technical and business development aspects of the engineering industry, collaborating with other project managers to enhance plan production. Your responsibilities include planning, directing, and coordinating all project activities, such as client meetings, public hearings, and open houses, ensuring projects are completed within prescribed time frames and budgets. You will anticipate client needs and tailor communication and work output accordingly, leading and coordinating multiple work teams across various locations. You will formulate, track, and meet project budgets and schedules, maintaining open and effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Additionally, you will prepare or coordinate all project and client correspondence and documentation. You will also lead business development activities, including planning and participating in client meetings and networking events, developing new client contacts and relationships, identifying and securing projects, and seeking alternative funding sources.
