Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Insight Global's utility digging client in Lakeville, MN, is looking to add two Directional Drill Operators to their team. The Directional Drill Operator will be responsible for operating a variety of different pieces of equipment for trenching, bore drilling, and running cable.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate equipment at the construction site
- Prepare the construction site for bore drilling and trenching
Perform other crew duties such as locating for the drill and operating vacuum equipment

Required Skills & Experience

MUST HAVES:
- High school diploma
- 1+ years of experience in the underground utilities industry
○ Operating heavy equipment such as directional drills, skid loaders, excavators, etc.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
Willingness to perform overnight travel

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

PLUSSES:
- CDL
If no experience in utilities, construction experience may suffice
