We are looking for a curious, team-oriented Power BI Developer to join an ERP product team at a large Payor/Provider and:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Design, develop, and implement end-to-end provider data solutions using PowerBI, Azure Databricks and other relevant technologies.
* Build efficient queries to bring multiple dashboards into one semantic model.

Required Skills & Experience

• Mid-senior level experience (3+ years) as a PowerBI Developer, sourcing data from Azure cloud or databricks
○ Must be spending 60%+ of day-to-day in PowerBI, and 40% of day in python and databricks
○ Must be working with large sets of data (millions+) & large dashboards
○ Must be understand when not to use PowerBI/to push it upstream instead
• 3-5+ most recent years working in PowerBI Service/PowerBI Online design
○ Recent roles must be fully sourcing from/publishing to the cloud, versus mixed with on-prem experience (PowerBI Desktop, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS etc)
○ Must be familiar with semantic modeling and building enriched/standardized objects
○ Clear communicator to work in a collaborative, fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Strong Databricks and Python experience
• Relevant certifications in Power BI, Azure Databricks or related technologies
• Experience with ERP data
