Job Description

The Oracle Report Writer/Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports using Oracle tools to support business operations, analytics, and decision-making. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver accurate, actionable reports from Oracle databases and ERP systems. This role will be focused on writing reports in Oracle for either the finance, HR or supply chain modules, taking data out of ERP and loading it into the cloud, or joining to other data in PowerBI.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5+ years of experience in writing reports directly in Oracle
• Mid-senior level expertise in oracle reporting for either finance, HR/payroll/HCM (human capital management) or supply chain modules
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, so that the users do not have to overly explain the system to this candidate
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
Excellent communication abilities to work embedded in the business with a quick turnaround time
