Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to serve as a key financial business partner supporting business units totaling more than $500M in annual revenue. This individual will own forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and executive reporting while providing actionable insights to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and overall profitability.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is naturally curious, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying issues and improving financial processes. This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and will play a critical role in long-range planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
salary: 110,000-120,000k, target annual bonus (~$12,000)

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4–6+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial analysis experience.
• Strong experience with:
○ Budgeting
○ Forecasting
○ Financial modeling
○ Variance analysis
○ Financial reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
○ Pivot Tables
○ XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP
○ INDEX MATCH
○ Power Query
○ Complex financial models
○ Large data set analysis
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
• Experience working within ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain financial results to non-financial stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• MBA or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Experience in SaaS, subscription-based, or contract-driven business environments.
• Experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
NetSuite experience preferred.
