Job Description

Our client, a large IT consulting firm, is seeking a Cisco Tier 3 Architect to provide advanced technical leadership and design expertise for enterprise-level solutions. This role focuses on developing innovative architectures, ensuring quality standards, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects aligned with strategic objectives.

This role is expected to be the key leading architect for all cisco networking. This includes end to end design and execution and covering all types of networking including but not limited to: Nexus, DNAC, Security, ISE, ETC.

This is projected to be up to 2 year contract but is currently slated for 6 months.

This is offering an hourly rate of 75-80/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architecture design for Cisco-based solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and best practices.
Provide Tier 3 technical guidance across collaboration, networking, and infrastructure domains.
Develop and enforce quality control processes for solution delivery.
Engage with key customers and large-scale opportunities, offering architectural thought leadership.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration and support.
Drive continuous improvement and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

Deep expertise in Cisco technologies and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Extensive experience in large-scale, multi-domain IT projects.
Cisco Networking Architecture experience
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and client-facing communication skills.
Relevant Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE) or equivalent experience.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio; experience in virtual work environments.
