Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire multiple Shipping Supervisors to join one of our large manufacturing clients at their Austin, MN facility. In this role, you will be overseeing day-to-day shipping and receiving operations, leading team members by managing and executing plant processes and attaining shipping and logistics goals. This is a permanent position, with strong opportunity to grow within the plant or corporate side of the business gaining strong leadership experience. These positions are available at a 3/2/2 schedule, with 12 hour shifts at a 3rd shift timeframe. and the salary range for this role is $70,000 - $82,500.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ year within a leadership role, such as a shift lead, team lead, manager or supervisor OR Associates degree
- Experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, inventory, or related
- Strong ability to handle confrontation, and coach and develop those apart of a team
- Strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Comfortable working in colder environments, as low as 10 degrees
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree
