Job Description
We are seeking a Sr IT Project Manager to join the team of a local medical device client. In this role, you will support a cross-matrixed team of internal and external partners to deploy what they call CardioConnect, a schedule management solution used by their Cardiology Sales Organization. The major functionality will be released in July with another major release in October. The national launch will happen in early 2027. We are looking for a strong technology leader who can navigate complexity, align technology solutions with business needs, and drive initiatives across interconnected systems and teams. This is a hybrid role that requires you to work onsite in either Arden Hills or Maple Grove 3x a week.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of IT project management experience.
- Experience managing complex projects involving diverse stakeholder groups, multiple applications, system dependencies, and upstream/downstream integrations.
- 3+ experience leading projects with Agile methodology, using typical SCRUM ceremonies and reporting.
- Ability to navigate the intricacies of a complex technology landscape, ensuring smooth coordination across multiple systems.
- Coordinate with parallel project teams to ensure dependencies are accounted for.
- Strong background in supporting commercial applications (ex. Salesforce) and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Knowledge of release management and related processes, including all teams involved, and the ability to build and manage a comprehensive project plan that outlines dependencies, milestones, and execution steps.
- Ability to translate problem statements into well-defined tasks, map dependencies, and establish timelines to ensure seamless execution across multiple teams and systems.
- Exceptional critical thinking abilities, with a proven track record of translating complex insights into effective action.
- Highly proactive in engaging with key stakeholders and gathering essential information to drive success.
- Ability to lead teams through discovery, execution, and planning of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Actively contribute to change management planning and launch execution, driving smooth adoption and operational success.
- Expertise in managing workflows, documentation, and product lifecycle processes in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Windchill.
- Medical device or healthcare industry experience.
