Insight Global is looking for a detail oriented project coordinator to help support the planning, scheduling and coordination of testing activities between engineer teams and technician teams. This role will focus on organizing test workflows, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
Day to day:
Coordinate testing schedules between engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project execution. You will work closely with engineering leads to understand testing requirements and translate them into actionable test sequences. Then you will develop, document, and maintain test plans and workflows that support product validation and development milestones. Monitor test progress, identify bottlenecks or delays, and adjust scheduling or resources to maintain efficiency. Assist in resource planning (equipment, personnel, space) to meet test timelines. Track and report on key performance metrics related to test throughput, quality, and schedule adherence. Facilitate meetings and communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and issue resolution. Maintain accurate records of testing activities, outcomes, and any issues that arise during execution. Implement and improve processes to optimize test flow, reduce downtime, and increase overall team productivity.

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in project coordination
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and schedules
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with engineers, technicians, and managers.
Proficiency in project tracking tools (MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other efficiency-improvement methodologies.
Understanding of hardware/software test environments.
Basic data analysis and reporting skills using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
Familiarity with test engineering concepts, workflows, and equipment is a plus
Background in a technical or engineering environment
