As a Principal Engineer, youll contribute to life-changing technologies by designing circuits for therapy delivery, power management, and high-voltage charging. Youll own key aspects of the design process while collaborating with a seasoned team, offering strong technical and career growth opportunities. BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
9+ years of Electrical Engineering experience with bachelors degree, or 7+ years with Masters.
Experience in high-voltage power supply design with a focus on hardware-specific design.
Experience utilizing EMI/EMCs for board-level circuit design using Altium or similar packages.
Lab experience including troubleshooting, testing, fixture development/usage, and the operation of test equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, etc.)
Expertise in circuit design analysis techniques and simulation tools such as LTSpice.
Medical device experience or highly regulated field
Experience with medical device electronics and systems.
Experience with communication protocols and transceiver module integration.
Experience using electrical engineering analysis techniques to map high-level requirements into circuit specifications.
Experience with LabVIEW, MATLAB, and/or Python for use in automation, simulation, and data analysis.
Experience with firmware debugging, digital logic, and FPGA development.
Ability to solve complex problems with root cause analysis, including designing and executing experimental plans and using statistical methodologies to drive data-based decisions.
Ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on technical inputs from multiple and varied sources.
Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently to plan, schedule, and execute activities necessary to meet project timelines.
