Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a high-performing IT Project Manager to join the team of one of our largest medical device clients. This role requires someone with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of understanding complex business challenges and leading teams to successfully drive projects. You will primarily assist with three primary projects involving employee agreements, AI, and SSO initiatives. These are complex projects that require a background in commercial applications and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups. This is a hybrid role working onsite in Maple Grove or Arden hills 3x a week.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to support and coordinate UAT activities, preferably in regulated environments.
• Experience partnering with business analysts, technical teams, and business partners in project delivery.
• Solid experience managing Agile ceremonies and sprint execution.
• Proficiency in Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and traceability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, independent, and highly accountable, with a passion for delivering compliant, quality
product outcomes.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• PMP certification (or similar)
• Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry
