Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a high-performing IT Project Manager with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of understanding complex business challenges and leading teams to successfully drive projects. In this role, you will be expected to manage meeting facilitation, team support, action items and follow-ups, etc. We are looking for a strong technology leader who can navigate complexity, align technology solutions with business needs, and drive initiatives across interconnected systems and teams. This is a hybrid role working onsite 3x a week in either Arden Hills or Maple Grove.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of project management experience.
Experience managing complex projects involving diverse stakeholder groups, multiple applications, system dependencies, and upstream/downstream integrations.
Ability to navigate the intricacies of a complex technology landscape, ensuring smooth coordination across multiple systems.
Strong background in supporting commercial applications and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups.
Knowledge of release management and DevOps processes, including all teams involved, and the ability to build and manage a comprehensive project plan that outlines dependencies, milestones, and execution steps.
Ability to translate problem statements into well-defined tasks, map dependencies, and establish timelines to ensure seamless execution across multiple teams and systems.
Exceptional critical thinking abilities, with a proven track record of translating complex insights into effective action.
Highly proactive in engaging with key stakeholders and gathering essential information to drive success.
Ability to lead teams through discovery, execution, and planning of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Actively contribute to change management planning and launch execution, driving smooth adoption and operational success.
Expertise in managing workflows, documentation, and product lifecycle processes in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Windchill.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Project Descriptions & Breakdown:

Procedure Management (~50% Allocation)
Support a cross-matrixed team of internal and external partners to replace the procedure management solution (Xamarin). The vendor partner will lead an assessment of the current platform and deliver a solution path via either SalesForce or ServiceMax. The role will provide the overarching support for the project. This project will have FDA requirements due to the nature of the data.

Customer Engagement (~25% Allocation)
Phase 1: June September , Support development of a PowerBI dashboard showcasing data across Customer Engagement KPIs.
Phase 2: September December , Support solution design for implementation project in 2026.

AI Tiger Team (~25% Allocation)
Support a cross matrixed team of internal and external partners. A tiger team has been deployed to support the implementation of 4 AI products that will kickstart the AI enablement efforts and inform strategic investment decisions. The subject areas focus on Clinical, Regulatory, HEMA, and MedEd solutions.
