Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to join the team of one of our largest medical device clients. For this role, candidates must have strong organizational and communication skills, capable of supporting the management of the portfolio and project management team with the direction of the PMO Lead. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented person who will take ownership of tasks. The PMO Support Project Coordinator will be responsible for tasks that will make a difference in ensuring smooth project delivery. This is a hybrid role working onsite 3x a week in Arden Hills.

Required Skills & Experience

•3+ years of coordination experience.
•Experience with administration and support of a portfolio management platform.
•Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, CORA or OnePlan.
•Experience supporting the implementation of a new PMO tool.
•Experience developing training materials such as templates, documents, and other communications.
•Experience working with SharePoint site.
•Experience working with JIRA for work management.

•Medical device industry experience
