Insight Global is seeking an IT Product Commercialization and Launch Readiness Manager to serve as the central point of accountability for ensuring all IT requirements for future launches are identified, tracked, estimated, prioritized, and delivered. This individual will partner across Product Marketing, Program Management, Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and IT delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of the IT roadmap supporting the product launch. This is a fast-paced, technical environment that requires leadership and confidence to successfully execute on groundbreaking advancements to patient care.

Required Skills & Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
•5+ years’ experience in IT project/program management, product management, or digital product delivery.
•Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional IT initiatives tied to product launches.
•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to align stakeholders across IT and commercial functions.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
•Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or regulated industries.
•Familiarity with systems such as ERP (SAP/Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), LMS, DAM, and service management platforms.
•Knowledge of compliance requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, FDA, ISO, SaMD).
•Experience working with capital equipment IT requirements (asset tracking, service workflows, remote diagnostics).
•Agile, Lean, or PMP/Scaled Agile certification.
