Program Management Director - Data Center Solutions

Insight Global is seeking a Director of Program Management to lead a growing portfolio of emerging customers within a rapidly expanding Data Center Solutions organization.
This role offers a unique opportunity to help scale the next generation of customer programs while building and developing a high-performing Program Management team. The Director will partner closely with commercial, operations, engineering, and supply chain leaders to ensure successful execution of complex, customized customer solutions.

• 8+ years of Program Management, Project Management, PMO Leadership, Operations, or Manufacturing Leadership experience.
• Prior people leadership experience, including direct management of individuals or teams.
• Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or engineered product environments.
• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working closely with manufacturing operations and production teams.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Data Center Infrastructure experience.
• Data Center Cooling or Electrical Infrastructure experience.
• Aerospace & Defense experience.
• Industrial Automation experience.
• Engineered-to-Order manufacturing experience.
• Build-to-Order manufacturing experience.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.
Experience scaling teams, programs, or customer portfolios during periods of rapid growth.
