The candidate for this role will help implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MS D365) Cloud implementation, focusing on the critical Finance modules for a client of Insight Global in the Grand Rapids, MI area.
Responsibilities will include:
Configuring the MS D365 system to meet business needs - testing to validate system functionality and identify issues.
Identify and resolve system issues while collaborating with the technical teams to implement controls and guardrails for future issues.
Monitor system performance and implement optimizations.
Gather requirements, provide support, and ensure seamless integration. Write clear functional specifications outlining system requirements.
Compensation:
$125,000-$135,000

· 5-8 years of experience with ERP implementation and analysis or ERP software development experience.
· Experience in manufacturing (CPG Industry) order to cash business processes.
· Bachelor's degree required in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O Module preferred).
· Technical aptitude with MS D365 configuration, data analysis, and troubleshooting techniques.
· Experience participating in or leading ERP implementation or upgrade projects a plus.
· Proven experience in analyzing and improving business processes, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
· Understanding of financial practices, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Cash Management, and Project Accounting.
