Job Description
This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day ownership of project schedules for complex manufacturing efforts, including additive manufacturing and post‑processing machines, using Microsoft Project. The individual manages schedule development, updates forecasts, evaluates risk and downstream impacts, and communicates status and key risk areas to cross‑functional stakeholders. They partner closely with project managers, engineers, and quality leads to develop cost estimates, track actuals, and manage overall project health. The role also maintains an overarching project and machine status tracker to ensure visibility across workstreams. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the inventory lead to manage job inventory and the shop crib, as well as maintaining project workflows, procedures, and required documentation such as facilities management and visitor request forms. This position is highly cross‑functional and requires strong communication, organization, and project controls discipline.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience with technical operations and/or project or program management
Proven experience creating, maintaining, and managing multiple, complex project schedules in Microsoft Project
Experience managing cost, schedule, and performance across multiple technical projects
Ability to identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks
Strong ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience managing projects in an additive manufacturing and/or DoD environment
Active Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent activities of varying complexity
