Establish and maintain organizational contacts across MSIE, plant launch, paint IE, and core teams.
Confirm AVIE scope, areas of responsibility, complexity, and timing for each new program.
Set up and maintain recurring meetings (e.g., with launch team, plant IE, core team) to drive alignment on content, timing, and issues.
Lead or support kickoff meetings to clarify expectations, roles, deliverables, and communication paths.
