Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Assembly process engineer in Warren, MI. The Assembly Process Engineer is responsible for defining, designing, leading, and delivering an assembly system for New & Major programs. The primary responsibility will be to source, design, build and qualify the process and equipment, from initial design to implementation at the manufacturing site. This position plays a critical role in establishing optimized plant layouts, efficient systems that meet cycle time and uptime requirements, as well as efficient operations, scalability, and successful program launches.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related engineering field
• Proven experience in the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of Assembly Equipment.
• Strong program and project management capability, including OEM management, timing, issue resolution, and financial tracking.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex manufacturing projects.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills using structured methodologies
