Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager with 15+ years of experience in variety of areas of HR functions (Benefits, Compensation, employee relations, etc). This person will be fully onsite 5 days a week located in Canton/Ann Arbor, Michigan area.

We are looking for someone who is willing to be flexible and have a positive mindset. This person will work alongside other HR peers and report up to the President of the organization.

- Provide strategic leadership and oversight across core HR operations, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational design, compensation, HR policy development, and employee relations.
- Build and strengthen the capability, depth, and effectiveness of the HR team through coaching, development, and succession planning.
- Foster a high-performing HR culture that promotes engagement, trust, collaboration, and emotional well-being across the organization.
- Proactively identify and escalate executive-level and critical HR matters, ensuring clear and timely communication with the CHRO.
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 1–2 times per quarter, as business needs require. domestic or international

Compensation:
$180,000k to $200,000k or more
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

15+ years of experience in wide variety of HR functions not focused on soley one function of HR.

- Be able to be flexible in work schedules

- Experience with managing 10+ people on a team

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- OEM experience or experience working in a HQ tech environment
- Ability to speak Korean
