Job Description

• Lead cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and delivery of defense-related programs in accordance with DoD acquisition frameworks (DoDI 5000.02 or equivalent).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for DoD customers, subcontractors, and internal leadership.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and Program Management Plans (PMPs).
• Monitor program performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques and prepare required cost/schedule reports (e.g., IPMR, CDRL submissions).
• Manage and mitigate program risks, issues, and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, including FAR/DFARS, security, ITAR, CUI, and quality standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001).
• Support proposal development, Basis of Estimate (BOE) creation, and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) pricing in collaboration with business development.
• Lead internal program reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and customer reviews (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR).
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure supplier deliverables meet program and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with Facility Security Officers (FSOs) to manage classified program execution and facility compliance.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of CDRLs, DIDs, and program documentation.
Compensation Starting At: $50/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
