Transformation & Process Leadership
Lead aerospace process transformation from CATIA V5 to Siemens NX.
Analyze existing CATIA methodologies and identify gaps, opportunities, and migration requirements.
Define future-state ergonomics workflows, standards, templates, and best practices.
Facilitate workshops with customer SMEs to document current and future business processes.
Develop strategies aligned with aerospace certification and engineering requirements.
Validation & Deployment
Support requirements for gathering and user story development.
Participate in test case creation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ensure solution readiness for production deployment.
Track defects, risks, issues, and mitigation plans during implementation.
Support pilot programs, deployment waves, and go-live activities.
Ensure delivery aligns with program milestones and business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience with implementing NX into an aerospace environment or converting Catia to NX
Experience gathering requirements and leading CAD transformation
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience implementing Teamcenter
