Insight Global is looking for an Operations Officer to sit onsite at one of our largest defense clients in Warren, MI. This person will be responsible for coordinating and collaborating the management of complex DoD engienering and techanical programs across combat vehicle systems. This role will act as the primary interface between the organization leadership. Other responsibilities include:
- Conduct detailed planning and coordination of program management activities between high level stake holders
- Manage calendars program calendars, coordinate and schedule meetings, record and distribute meeting notes and action items/reports, etc.
- Coordinate documentation and revise, copy and distribute materials for meetings, briefs and conferences
$35/hr to $55/hr : Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

- 6+ years of experience coordinating the management of DoD engineering/techanical programs
- Experience working on military acquisition programs
- Previous experience with program documentation, IAW DoDI 5000.02
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management Logistics, Quality, Production, or related techanical field
- Active interim or secret clearance OR has ability to obtain a DoD secret clearance
- Active Interim or Secret Clearance
