Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a qualified Talent Coordinator to work onsite in their Southfield, MI office.

Job Summary
This role blends recruiting operations, onboarding, and training coordination. The individual will manage candidate experiences from first contact to full integration, support training programs, and provide seamless coordination between recruiting, contracting/licensing, compliance, and development functions. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, people skills, and the ability to balance detail-oriented processes with a high-touch candidate and new hire experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment coordination process including scheduling interviews, facilitating assessments,
maintaining communication timelines, and ensuring a professional candidate journey
• Support recruitment marketing initiatives such as career fairs, candidate campaigns, and social media presence
• Contribute to pipeline development through "keep-in-touch" strategies with future-fit candidates
• Partner with compliance, licensing, and IT teams to ensure timely onboarding and technology setup for new hires
• Manage and monitor progress of advisor education with Kaplan and other training resources
• Create personalized welcome packages and provide concierge-style support during the first week of employment
• Develop and manage onboarding roadmaps, including 30/60/90-day check-ins and integration milestones
• Coordinate and manage logistics for training programs such as Impact Academy and Skill Builder
• Collaborate with development managers to schedule weekly, monthly, and annual training activities
• Maintain accurate recruiting data in ATS/CRM systems (JobScore preferred) and generate candidate funnel reports
for leadership
• Support leadership with insights on recruiting effectiveness and process improvements
• Execute recruiting events and culture initiatives, translating ideas into action and consistent implementation
• Weekly and ongoing coordination with Director of Recruiting and Career Development to ensure seamless process
and tracking of candidates.
• Coordinate with other key leaders and their staff to align calendars for recruiting efforts.
• Oversee the coordination of efforts of the Transition Team for EXP books of business.

Compensation: $45-50k.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

Knowledge Needed for Success on the Job:
• Understanding of recruiting coordination processes and ATS/CRM systems (JobScore preferred)
• Knowledge of onboarding best practices and training program logistics
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in financial services, including contracting, licensing, and registration
• Experience with data reporting and tools used to track recruiting and onboarding effectiveness
• Exposure to financial services or insurance industry preferred
Skills Needed for Success on the Job:
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both candidate and internal interactions
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
