Required Skills & Experience

Experience in divorce and family law is required. This is a full-time hybrid role as an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling a full case load of divorce and family law clients, providing legal advice to clients, researching and analyzing legal issues, negotiating settlements and agreements, representing clients in court hearings and trials, and other day-to-day tasks associated with this position. The associate attorney position is based out of Southfield with flexibility for remote work as well.

Qualifications
Expertise in all Family Law matters
Ability to provide legal advice to clients
Strong skills in researching and analyzing legal issues
Excellent negotiation skills
Proven track record of success in representing clients in court hearings and trials
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the State Bar of Michigan
