Key Responsibilities
Prototype Assembly: Build and assemble heavy-duty, high-voltage electrical systems and associate components to engineering specifications without formal instructions. Perform mechanical fastening, wire harness assembly, and other hands-on assembly tasks with precision and care.
Testing & Quality Control: Perform end-of-line high-voltage electrical testing, troubleshooting issues, and ensure builds meet quality and safety standards.
Material Management: Receive, categorize, and warehouse sub-components from suppliers to ensure inventory accuracy and readiness for builds.
Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift for material movement, storage, and shipping preparation.
Travel: Travel up to 5% of the time to dealership locations to support system installation on customer trailers and provide product service in the field.
Logistics: Kit and ship finished goods to customers or project sites according to project timelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and supply chain personnel to meet project deadlines and resolve any build-related challenges.

3-5 yrs. Proven experience in prototype assembly, electrical systems, or related technical fields.
Strong understanding of electrical wiring, mechanical fastening, and build processes.
Ability to operate a forklift safely (certification a plus, training available).
Hands-on experience with high-voltage testing and electrical troubleshooting preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
