Job Description
The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in project scheduling, critical path analysis, and progress tracking within the data center or large-scale infrastructure sector. This role will focus on the scheduling and coordination of a low voltage project for the construction site and will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to help ensure projects remain on schedule and are delivered successfully.

Responsibilities
1. Support the development and maintenance of master project schedules for all phases of data center construction and infrastructure projects, with a specific focus on low voltage systems.
2. Monitor, track, and analyze schedule performance, identifying deviations and potential risks to project timelines.
3. Work collaboratively with internal and external project teams—including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and low voltage subcontractors—to gather schedule data and help ensure alignment on project timelines.
4. Participate in schedule review meetings and workshops, providing scheduling insights and recommendations to project teams.
5. Assist with schedule updates, progress reporting, change management, and resource allocation processes.
6. Help ensure schedule integration with cost controls, resource planning, and overall project delivery objectives.
7. Prepare and deliver clear schedule status reports, forecasts, and presentations for project stakeholders.
8. Follow and help implement industry best practices, tools, and methodologies for project scheduling and time management.
9. Support opportunities for continuous improvement in scheduling processes and tools.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications
1. 5+ years of experience in project scheduling for data center or large-scale infrastructure projects, including experience with low voltage systems (such as structured cabling, security, and communications)
2. Strong proficiency with scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
3. Experience with critical path method (CPM) scheduling and project controls
4. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional project teams
6. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
7. Must be willing and able to travel to the site in Saline, MI every third week
