Day to Day:
One of Insight Global’s automotive clients is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team in Warren, MI. The person in this role is going to be responsible for distributing manpower at the start of the shift and supporting team leaders to ensure they have everything they need to be successful. This person will play a key role in overseeing process and quality checks to make sure standardized work is being followed.
Additional Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor and adjust manpower distribution based on the schedule
• Ensure all team members comply with safety regulations and wear their PPE
• Document downtime and report after shift
• Work closely with team leaders and make sure decisions when adjustments are needed
• Collaborate with maintenance during downtime to minimize disruptions
Compensation: $28-34/hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in a production supervisor role
• Experience in a manufacturing/production/assembly environment
• Prior experience managing union employees
• Must have strong communication skills
