Job Description
Job Summary:
Insight Global is seeking two project resources to support the planning, execution, coordination, and rollout of multiple concurrent technology and product initiatives. The resources will work closely with technical owners, supervisors, and business stakeholders to maintain project timelines, coordinate deliverables, facilitate communication, and drive successful implementation across various programs. The engagement will include support for both platform development initiatives and implementation/rollout activities at manufacturing facilities. These individuals will be responsible for ensuring projects remain on track through effective coordination, communication, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain project schedules and milestone tracking
• Coordinate activities across 4-5 project supervisors and technical owners
• Track project risks, issues, and action items
• Facilitate project status meetings and stakeholder communications
• Ensure deliverables remain on schedule
• Support Agile project planning activities
• Manage project information within Jira
• Coordinate business and technical stakeholder alignment
• Prepare project reporting and executive updates
• Coordinate implementation plans and site deployment schedules
• Support plant readiness activities
• Work with manufacturing, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Track rollout progress and escalate issues as needed
• Travel to manufacturing locations as required to support deployments
Compensation:
$48/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of Project Management, Project Coordination, Program Coordination, or similar experience
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience building and maintaining project schedules
• Jira experience
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• PMP certification
• Scrum Master certification
• Manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or technology industry experience
• Experience supporting software, product development, implementation, or deployment projects
