Day to Day:
As a Process Manufacturing Consultant, you will lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives within process manufacturing environments, ensuring seamless integration and optimization. Your role involves analyzing and improving processes, utilizing your extensive experience to identify areas for enhancement and implement effective solutions. You will manage IT/OT systems such as SAP PP/PI, MES, and SCADA to enhance manufacturing processes and ensure efficient operations. Collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders is key, as you gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project goals. Additionally, you will conduct safety and security analysis, applying your knowledge of standards to mitigate risks and ensure compliance. Creating and executing Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) will be part of your responsibilities to identify potential issues and develop preventive measures. Throughout, you will provide expert guidance and support to teams, leveraging your strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and drive success.
