Job Description
Day to Day:
You’ll analyze business requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce CRM solutions. Responsibilities include leading stakeholder interviews and workshops, documenting user stories and acceptance criteria, and supporting development and testing phases. You'll manage Jira backlogs and sprints, facilitate alignment between business and technical teams, and identify opportunities for process improvement. The role requires translating business needs into scalable, high-impact CRM solutions that support strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Have:
• Minimum 8 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing or Sales, and Service Cloud customizations
• Hands on experience as a Technical BA
• Strong proficiency in Jira for agile project management
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
• Experience with DocuSign, Emplifi, Medialla, Mulesoft
• Strong background in the automotive industry
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com web services (JSON, SOAP) and Vlocity Integration Procedure
• General Marketing Cloud API knowledge (SOAP & REST)
• Knowledge of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
• Salesforce certifications preferred
Experience in global delivery environments and cross-product data architecture
