Day to Day:
Youll analyze business requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce CRM solutions. Responsibilities include leading stakeholder interviews and workshops, documenting user stories and acceptance criteria, and supporting development and testing phases. You'll manage Jira backlogs and sprints, facilitate alignment between business and technical teams, and identify opportunities for process improvement. The role requires translating business needs into scalable, high-impact CRM solutions that support strategic initiatives.
