Insight Global is seeking an ambitious Senior Product Manager (Physical Product Marketing) to support a pharmaceutical manufacturing company. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue performance for our key products. You'll lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and lifecycle management plans. Once trained, you'll oversee product sales and create relevant sales and marketing materials. As a liaison between Marketing, Sales, R&D, Pharmacy Services, and Manufacturing, you'll ensure the successful implementation of product development and promotional plans to fuel the organization's growth. This primarily a remote position but will require 25% travel

5+ years in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and/or hospital customer segments required
Experience managing sterile injectable, syringes, or sterile bag products
Proven ability to develop physical products road maps ,marketing campaigns, and strategies on a national scale through all stages of product lifecycle
Experience with products or services focused in the Hospital & Health Systems segment
Track record in managing a large portfolio of products
Experience building annual marketing plans, developing, tracking, and reaching KPIs across multiple products
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., salesforce.com)
Experience with New Product Launch
