We have a two-to-three-year project that is taking place at a large plant. This project will require multiple different suppliers, vendors and contractors to complete project milestones in a certain amount of time. This project coordinator will be responsible for working directly with these groups understanding if the project is on schedule etc. This person will then report information back to their leadership team directly. This person will be responsible for making sure the project is on schedule, tracking the progress of the project and making sure everyone is doing the appropriate work. This person will be the eyes and ears for the end client. This person will also be responsible for making sure the vendors, suppliers and contractors are billing the end client, they may have to follow up on a weekly basis to make sure we are receiving invoicing so that we can pay on time. There will be a level of organization and responsibility this will need to take, utilizing multiple computer platforms to stay organized and on top of the project.
Compensation:
$30/hr to $33/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

* Previous experience working on a construction site or project and working with contractors
* Must be familiar with construction job sites, understands the do's and don't's of construction
* Familiar working with invoices, timelines and project schedules (will not need to create them but familiar)
* Previous knowledge of Excel and MS Project -- needs to have strong computer skills
* Strong communicator will be a self-led role and will need to report progress to leadership teams on a weekly or daily basis
* Go getter, need someone who is not afraid to get hands dirty
