Job Description

Job Overview:

The Onboarding team is seeking an eager candidate, to lead all aspects of internal onboarding with emphasis on providing a best-in-class new hire experience. With a customer service focus, this individual will be collaborating with a variety of division leaders and teams across the organization to help in all aspects of onboarding functions. This person must have experience in the onboarding process, and be extremely organized, outgoing, friendly, and committed to ensuring the wellbeing of our employees and be an extension of the culture.



Specific Duties & Job Responsibilities:

* Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive onboarding strategy aligned with company values and goals.

* Conduct ongoing analysis and identify opportunities to improve and optimize the onboarding experience.

* Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends in onboarding and talent acquisition.

* Establish and manage partnerships with internal and external vendors involved in the onboarding process.

* Welcome new hires, oversee the development and delivery of onboarding training programs, ensuring they are engaging and informative.

* Track and measure the effectiveness of the onboarding program using key metrics and surveys.

* Analyze data and identify areas for improvement.

* Conduct regular reports and presentations to stakeholders on the program's impact.

* Provide guidance and support to onboarding coordinators and other team members involved in the process.

* Subject Matter Expert in New Hire Experience, and Onboarding for internal employees including Sales

* Work directly with training, IT, other departments and hiring manager to meet the needs of the new hire Onboarding Process

* Responsible for helping to standardize all aspects of onboarding paperwork and documentation -- (Offer Letter, Background Checks, ID's, regional specific process)

* Ultimately responsible for the overall success of onboarding process

Required Skills & Experience

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

* Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing onboarding programs.

* Must be detail oriented.

* Strong understanding of best practices in onboarding and talent management.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

* Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments.

* Passion for creating positive and engaging employee experiences.
